Email support@asktheaicouncil.com. We answer every message, usually within one business day. Tell us what you were doing and what happened, and include your account email if you have one.

Using the council

You can ask the council a question without an account — open the app and type. Signing in additionally saves your conversations, and unlocks your morning Briefing and the Office, which are personalized to your business. Under any reply, Bring in the full board asks all five advisors the same question individually and then gives you the chairman's consolidated verdict.

Reporting a reply

The council is generated by AI and can be wrong. Every reply has a Report action beneath it — use it if a response is harmful, offensive, or plainly incorrect, and our team will review it. Always verify advice before acting on it; see our AI Notice & Disclaimer.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all of its data at any time, permanently. In the app, open the menu (☰), scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. This erases your profile, conversations, uploads, business records and progress. If you would rather we do it for you, email us from your account address.
