Terms of Use & Disclaimers
Ask The AI Council ("the Service"). Please read before subscribing.
1 · Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2 · What the Service is
The Service convenes AI "advisors" that analyze the information you provide and produce summaries, suggestions, tasks, and goals. Output is generated by AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
3 · Not professional or regulated advice
The Service provides general business analysis and is not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice, and creates no fiduciary relationship. Do not rely on it as a substitute for a licensed professional. You are solely responsible for decisions you make. Verify all information independently before acting.
4 · Accounts
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity under your login. You must be able to form a binding contract to use paid plans.
5 · Billing & subscriptions
Paid plans (Pro, Pro Business) are recurring monthly subscriptions billed via Stripe until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You can update your card, view invoices, or cancel anytime from your Account → Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices and plan features may change with notice.
6 · Connected accounts & data
If you connect third-party accounts or upload documents, you grant us permission to ingest that data to ground the council's analysis. You represent you have the right to share it. You can disconnect a source and request deletion at any time.
7 · Acceptable use
No unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful use; no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access; no use to make decisions that legally require a licensed professional.
8 · Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI output; our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior 3 months.
9 · Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. Questions: support@asktheaicouncil.com.
