1. Welcome: meet your board

The tour opens with the five members of your AI board. Jonathan Pierce is the Chairman. He runs the meeting and delivers the verdict. Four specialist advisors sit with him: Alexander Weiss on operations, Charlotte Bauer on growth, Dr. Sophia Chen on innovation, and Gabriel Morales on finance. They are AI personas, not real people.

2. Intake: tell the board about your business

Everything starts with a short intake. You explain what your business does, what stage it is in, and what you want to achieve. The board listens and prepares. It remembers what you share between conversations, so you don't have to explain your business again each time.

3. The Board Room: a debate, then a verdict

This is the heart of the product. You bring a decision, and the four advisors debate it out loud, each in their own voice and from their own specialty. Then the Chairman weighs the arguments and delivers a verdict with next steps.

4. Your Office: your command center

After the meeting, the work lives in your Office. It holds your tasks, goals and documents, along with the tools the board gives you, so decisions turn into action.

5. Business Plan Builder

The tour shows how your numbers become a bank-ready business plan. It covers financials, cash flow and break-even, and can include an SBA loan model. The plan carries your branding and can be downloaded.

6. Business Resources: find clients and pitch them

The board can help you find real clients and suppliers near you, write your outreach, and build branded pitch decks shaped around the person you are pitching.

7. Connect your tools and refer others

You can connect tools like Shopify, Stripe and GitHub so the board works from your real numbers instead of guesses. The tour also mentions the referral program for members who invite others.

8. Your board is ready

The tour ends where you begin: create your account and tell the board about your business. Pro has a free first week, then costs $29.99 per month, and a credit card is required. Pro Business is $69.99 per month. The council runs on the web and on iPhone, in English and Spanish. Its output is for planning and is not financial or legal advice.
